1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyAttic (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyAttic is a document organization service that allows you to forward files from messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Messenger) and store them in a searchable, organized archive. The Service includes optional AI-powered categorization and flexible storage options.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents and files you upload to MyAttic. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the content you upload.
- You must not upload content that violates any applicable laws.
- We do not claim ownership of your documents.
- Your files are never used to train AI models.
5. Plans & Pricing
- Free Plan: Basic document storage with one input channel and manual organization.
- Pro Plan (€5/mo): Unlimited documents, all input channels, advanced search, and bring-your-own-storage.
- Family Plan (€14/mo): Shared family vault with up to 6 members and all Pro features.
Prices are in Euros and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your files remain accessible in your connected storage after cancellation. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyAttic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the country where MyAttic is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
